The battery must be in good condition, in original box with receipt and include all parts and accessories. Abused or damaged batteries (broken terminal, hole in case etc.) will not be accepted.
A Return Goods Authorization Form must be requested before returning a battery. All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact us to request a Return Goods Authorization Form.
Any product returned to ThrottleX Batteries without a Return Goods Authorization Form becomes the property of ThrottleX Batteries and ThrottleX Batteries is not obligated to provide a full, or partial, refund or replacement battery.
After Return Authorization Form has been issued and the returned product has been shipped by customer, and received by ThrottleX Batteries, allow up to 20 business days for credit to be issued. Credit may take up to 2 billing cycles to be reflected on statements.
